Maximize Uptime
How Testing and Maintenance Saves Time and Money:
Extend Fluid Life.
Maximize Uptime.
Promote Predictable Performance.
The SOLUTHERM™ fluid maintenance process combines sample testing with expert interpretation, extending fluid life and reducing the risk of unplanned outages to maximize uptime.
What We Monitor
Routine analysis integrates both system and fluid health into a complete view of cooling loop performance.
- System Health
Corrosion and wear are tracked through monitoring metals (ppm), such as Al, Cu, Fe, Pb, Sn, and Zn. - Fluid Life
Corrosion inhibitor concentration and glycol degradation are measured to ensure long-term stability and PG % (concentration) is monitored so we can make adjustments to PG % if needed. - Remediation Chemistry
Inhibitor Booster: used to increase pH and/or inhibitor levels to initial state.
• SOLUTHERM(TM) OAT PG-50
• SOLUTHERM(TM) OAT PG-Concentrate
Used to correct < 25 vol % PG in system.
Why It Matters
- Predictive testing reduces the risk of unplanned outages by identifying corrosion or degradation trends early.
- Industry standardized test methods-validated data and system specific analysis support informed decisions on corrective actions.
- Inhibitor boosters or corrective maintenance are applied based on the sample’s testing results data to extend fluid service life.

Our versatile services are designed for the following applications:
What Can Be Corrected with a SOLUTHERM™ Booster Pack?
With SOLUTHERM™, not every off-spec parameter requires a drain and fill.
Our Proprietary Inhibitor Booster is formulated to restore fluid chemistry when protective properties begin to decline. This enables your data center to proactively plan maintenance to maximize uptime, avoid unnecessary drain and fill cycles, and extend the fluid’s productive service life.
- Adjusts and stabilizes pH, within the recommended range
- Replenishes depleted inhibitors, to maintain multi-metal corrosion protection
- Preserves additive balance to support: fluid longevity and continued system cleanliness
- Maximizes uptime by keeping fluid properties in a healthy state
What Can Be Corrected With A Booster?
1 Corrosion inhibitor depletion
2 Low reserve alkalinity
3 pH drift
Our booster can be dosed up to 4% of system volume, to bring fluid performance back to specification, without interrupting operations.
SOLUTHERM™ Concentrate:
also available for remediation.
- Correct low propylene glycol concentration and avoid additive dilution
- Maintains Fluid’s Biostatic Properties
- Avoids Additive dilution
